Service Description
Infills must be booked no longer than 15 days since your last appointment, anything after this must be booked as a full set. You must also have at least 50% of extensions remaining on each eye to be classed as infills (a double up). To ensure your lashes last as long as possible please follow all aftercare. Certain factors such as oily skin, medications, lash shedding, sparse lashes etc can cause you to need infills every week compared to every 2 weeks. Anything past 15 days must be booked as a full set, if you have enough lashes remaining you will only be charged for infills at your full set appointment. If you have lost too many extensions to be classed as infills within the 15 days, you will be charged for a full set and will have all the possible causes discussed with you to help either prevent this issue or to encourage you to come in sooner for your next fill. If any oil residue/ dirt or makeup build up is caught in-between your lashes or at the root, this may not be visible to you but will need to be thoroughly cleansed with a lash bath at an extra charge to ensure your lashes are squeaky clean in order for the adhesive to bond securely to the natural lash. You must continue lash baths at home to prevent lash mites, infections and to ensure your extensions last as long as possible.
Cancellation Policy
All deposits are non-refundable but appointments can be moved to a different day with at least 48 hrs notice given, after this time frame you will need to make a new booking.
